WEBSITE POLICIES

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These policies apply to purchases, donations, symbolic adoptions, website use, and communications with Tahoe Wolf Center. Questions may be sent to contact@tahoewolfcenter.org or 530-641-3999.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns of eligible physical merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, contact contact@tahoewolfcenter.org before shipping the item. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected; allow up to 14 business days for processing. Personalized items, digital downloads, gift cards, opened or used merchandise, donations, and symbolic-adoption contributions are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution. Exchanges are handled by returning the eligible item and placing a new order.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled or corrected within 12 hours of purchase. After that period, made-to-order merchandise may enter production and cannot normally be changed or canceled. Processing and production times vary by product. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Products may be fulfilled by different partners and may arrive in separate shipments. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.

DONATIONS, SYMBOLIC ADOPTIONS & PRIVACY

Donations and symbolic adoptions support Tahoe Wolf Center’s charitable mission and are generally nonrefundable. Adoptions are symbolic, nonexclusive, and convey no ownership or visitation rights. Annual adoptions remain active for 12 months; recurring gifts continue until canceled. Physical benefits may be replaced with comparable items when necessary.
